La nuit du 5 au 6 décembre 1986, Malik Oussekine est mort à la suite d’une intervention de la police. Le ministère de l’intérieur est d’autant plus enclin à étouffer cette affaire, qu’un autre français d’origine algérienne a été tué la même nuit par un officier de police.
